Hope & Things is an indie rock / ambient folk project drenched in lush synths and guitar driven melodies. Their debut EP “Illusionary” draws from many indie staples including Bon Iver, Radiohead, and Fleet Foxes focusing on melancholic harmonies and lyrics. Their single “Tug of War”, was featured on Boston’s Local NPR, WGBH, saying the song “sounds like an apocalyptic lullaby; soothing, melancholic, and ethereal.” The band is currently in the studio working on their next release coming out in 2020.
